2CA has 1 ANTARES-26/15-PX5 5-axis CMS digital controls for quality and precision machining on your models, molds and series parts.

• Longitudinal travel X-axis: 2600 mm / Transverse travel Y-axis: 1500 mm / Vertical travel Z-axis: 1200 mm
• Universal power head 12 KW at 24000 rpm, cone HSK63 / F, liquid cooling, with an on-board tool magazine at 8 stations
• Aluminum vacuum table with T-slot size 2450 x 1500 mm

 

We thus realize our own tools in machining board with the contribution of a digital chain.

 

CAD / CAM software: Solidworks, Hypermill, Hypercad,

and Means of control by GOM photogrammetry.

 

We industrialize our manufacturing by realizing all our own positioning templates for a great reactivity.
